Earth Day Gathering - Get Involved!

Exhibitor | Sponsor | Vendor Application

We are asking everyone to get involved and to help out with this public gathering. You choose your own level of involvement which directly effects the success of the event and its benefit to you and the world.

This public event requires great expense. It is free to the public and to non-profit organizations. However, businesses will need to make their chosen investments.

  • Emergent Level Sponsors/Vendors – $2500 or more donation
    • Logo on earth day banners, and t-shirts
    • Name and logo and an add in our event program
    • Acknowledgement on the web/Facebook/other social media
    • 12  earth day t-shirts
    • Better Media coverage before and during event.
    • If electricity is required, exhibitor must supply 150’ heavy-duty, extension cord.
    • If water is required, exhibitor must supply 100’ water hose.
    • Microphone time
    • Largest booth space 500 sq ft
  • Canopy Level Sponsor/Vendors – $1000 or more donation
    • Name and logo in event program
    • If electricity is required, exhibitor must supply 150’ heavy-duty extension cord.
    • If water is required, exhibitor must supply 100’ water hose.
    • Mic time to promote your business/organization
    • Acknowledgement on the web/Facebook/other social media
    • Large booth space 300 sq ft
    • Some media coverage where available before and during event
    • 6 earth day t-shirts
  • Ground Level Sponsor/Vendor – $500 or more donation
    • Name in event program
    • Booth 200 sq ft
    • 2 earth day t-shirts
    • Acknowledgement on the web/Facebook/other social media
    • Thank you on microphone during event
  • Non-Sponsor Vending & Concessions – $100 (1 day) or $200 donation **Limited Time Discount: $50/day**
    • Small booth 100 sq ft
  • Grassroots Level Non-Profit Organization
    • Small booth 100 sq ft
    • Mic time to promote your organization (must be approved)

Time and space is limited, so please register soon (below) to ensure your spot at the event. Rock Club Foundation must approve all applications. You will receive confirmation by phone or e-mail at which time vendor donation may be made online. Please specify what the donation is directed for.
